Is the blockchain audit trail legally valid in England and Wales?

Yes. Every action is recorded on the Internet Computer. Documents themselves stay on your device. Only their SHA-256 hashes are written to the blockchain, which keeps verification cryptographic but GDPR-compliant. Exchange of contracts is signed via tmSign QES for legal validity.

Does PropXchain connect to HM Land Registry?

Yes. PropXchain is integrated with HM Land Registry's Business Gateway, so title checks, official copies and registration of dealings happen inside the platform.

What about money laundering (AML) and identity (KYC) checks?

AML and KYC checks are handled in a single step via a regulated provider. The resulting AML certificate is stored on-chain and reusable with lenders and other regulated parties.
