Register as an estate agent

How to register

1. Enter your agency name and branch.
2. Choose your redress scheme (The Property Redress Scheme or The Property Ombudsman) and enter your membership number.
3. Add your Companies House number if you have one. It is optional and does not block sign-up either way.
4. Enter your email and a password, confirm it, and create the account. Click the link in the verification email, then sign in.

Why agents use it

Sales fall through most often when something unexpected surfaces late. When the title, searches and property information forms are gathered upfront and every party sees the same status, problems surface while there is still time to fix them.
